Longer Charging Bow Method

simple explanation:
- you need 1 arrow so the right click activator doesn't bug.
- you need the loop activator to do the counting for the charge
- you need 1 launch activator to check if you held right click long enough
- you need another 1 launch activator to reset the numbers so everything doesn't break
