1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ssomar.com ("the Site"), operated by Ssomar Plugins ("we", "us", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

SsomarDev is a marketplace for Minecraft server resources including plugins, configurations, and tools for Spigot, Paper, and Folia servers. We provide both free and paid digital products.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases of premium resources are final. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the resource page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Access to purchased resources is granted upon successful payment.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for cases of duplicate purchases or technical issues that prevent use of a resource. Contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Resources sold on SsomarDev are licensed, not sold. You receive a license to use purchased resources on your own Minecraft servers. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased resources. Developers retain ownership of their creations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute or resell purchased resources
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile resources
  • Use the Site for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Upload malicious content or code

8. Limitation of Liability

SsomarDev and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any resources purchased through it. Resources are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access purchased resources may be revoked.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
