Left-Right-Middle position checker method

basically when you shoot the arrow somewhere, it tells you if it was shot from your left, to your right or dead center.

webshootPos.yml goes to the items folder
ARROW-REFERENCE.yml goes to the projectiles folder
YAW-LOOK.yml goes to the variables folder

requires PlaceholderAPI, Player and MAth Expansion
