Apply/Remove Ownership via Drag and Drop Concept

LIST_ENTRY.yml has a variable named name1 that stores the owner's name. You drag the Name_Adder.yml item to the LIST_ENTRY item to apply the owner as you.

For the Name_Remover.yml, only the person who claimed the ownership can drag and drop the item to remove ownership.
