Double Drop

What does this do? Basically the plugin's confirm drop but

Just put it at the 9th hotbar slot or your hotbar item and it will act as a double drop protection for all of your items. This also deals with an issue where the confirm drop condition doesn't reset when you switch to a different hotbar while dealing with the same type of ei item
