Visibility/Noise Method for making nearby mobs angry

put VISIBILITY ei item on the 9th slot and lock it in place
the snowball item is just an extra. for stunning mobs

requires PlaceholderAPI and Math expansion to work

Basically a system where if you move too much, you make nearby mobs angry.
Noise value varies from sprinting, walking and sneak walking.
